Event Information

Find out how maple syrup is made as sap is collected, boiled, and turned into maple syrup and other products.

Did you know???

It takes 40 gallons of sap collected from maple trees to produce one gallon of maple syrup?

Throughout the weekend, watch demonstrations and learn how maple syrup production has improved over the years from the original bucket tap to the intricate tubing system employed by the industry today. Taste the end product of the labor by sampling freshly made maple syrup.

Maple Sugaring Weekend
Maple syrup production at Farmpark promotes conservation by preserving 27 acres of maple woodland.
