Lake Metroparks presents the 36th Annual Amateur Photo Contest & Show at Penitentiary Glen Reservation.
Entries accepted beginning May 1, 2023 at Penitentiary Glen Nature Center, 8668 Kirtland-Chardon Road, Kirtland. Entries can be submitted and payment made at the information desk from 9 am to 4:30 pm daily. Entry deadline is 4:30 pm, May 31, 2023. Entry form and payment must accompany entries. All photos must be taken in the outdoors within Lake County. Prizes awarded for first, second and third place in each category and Best of Show. The show can be seen in person daily from 9 am to 5 pm from Saturday, June 10 through Sunday, August 6, 2023. For questions, contact Penitentiary Glen Nature Center at 440-256-1404.
Adult & Junior (ages 14 and younger)
Adults may submit a maximum of three photographs in the contest; Juniors (ages 14 and younger) may enter a maximum of three photos in the contest. No more than one photograph may be submitted by anyone in a single category.
