Kid’s Homesteading New to 2026 is our children’s homesteading program at the Farmpark running concurrently with Homesteading Weekend. Kids ages 7 to 12 will experience special topics and activities about farming and homesteading in a group setting at an age-appropriate level. Children will be accompanied by staff to different areas of the Farmpark to participate in fun activities while learning about caring for farm animals and horses, making ice cream, making a craft with real sheep’s wool, gardening, beekeeping and more. Parent/guardian does not have to be present or participating in Homesteading Weekend to register their child. Click here to register.
NOTE: Farmpark will remain open to the public on these dates, however, some areas and regular programming may have limited availability at times.
