Maple Sugaring Pairing Dinner

Celebrate the signs of spring and sap flowing in the maple trees by joining us for an evening of good wine, food and maple sugaring. Take a tour of the sugarbush and learn how maple syrup is made on both the professional and backyard levels from a Farmpark maple-sugaring specialist. Then enjoy a delicious meal with wine pairings by a local vineyard.

Menu includes:

• Appetizers: cheese and pecan crostini, chicken skewers with maple and dijon, sweet potato fries with maple aioli
• Main course: mixed greens with maple dijon vinaigrette, beef tri tip with maple BBQ, duchess potatoes and roasted vegetables (vegan and seafood options available)
• Dessert: maple pannacotta

Refund Policy: A refund will be given if the Registration Department is notified by the participant at least five days prior to the start of the program/pairing dinner. Failure to attend the registered dinner will be considered a forfeiture of all materials supplied and money paid.
