River Jamboree: Indicator Species

The Grand River is home to countless creatures both small and large. Some of these species are very susceptible to changes in water quality. The presence of these indicator species is a sign of a healthy water system. We will discover some of these species through activities, information stations, and by grabbing some nets and getting into the river to see what we find! Registration required.
