Hemlock Ridge Park boasts high-quality forests, intact floodplain, hemlock-lined streams and more than a mile of Grand River frontage. This section of the Grand River is designated as Wild by the state of Ohio, denoting undeveloped riverbanks and clean water.
Lake Metroparks has constructed an initial 0.87-mile loop trail that allows public access to the park. Additional loop trails will be added throughout the property. These loops will offer options for short treks or long hikes and sweeping views of the Grand River from steep bluffs.
