​Secluded, paddle-in riverside site on the Wild & Scenic Grand River
This secluded riverside site is located along the Wild and Scenic Grand River. It is designed as a paddle-in campsite with an easy landing site adjacent to the campsite. There is parking and a portable restroom located 2,000-feet up the unimproved foot trail at the park entrance located at 12701 Seeley Road in Leroy Township. This river floodplain campsite and access trail may be seasonally muddy and possibly closed when the Grand River is at 4’ of elevation or rising. Located 0.5-mile downstream from the Vrooman Road bridge and 5.31 miles downstream of the campsite at Baker Road Park, this campsite is an excellent stop as you journey along the Grand River to experience fishing, birding, and floodplain fauna and flora. The campsite is located roughly 0.25 mile from the parking lot.
