Visitors to Penitentiary Glen Nature Center can observe honey bees in a special indoor bee hive exhibit from late spring to early fall. In this video, you’ll get a glimpse of a queen bee as bees from a colony are transferred into their special seasonal home. You will also learn about the different stages of the honey bee life cycle.
